Tee Off For a Cause (“we,” “our”) is a charity golf event hosted by Ryann Reed Real Estate. This policy explains what we collect when you visit golf.ryannreed.com, register for the event, or sign in with Google.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, and (for Google sign-in) your Google profile name and email.
- Registration info: golfer details, team/foursome members, dietary preferences, contact info.
- Payment info: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic site analytics: page views, referrers, device type. No tracking pixels for ad networks.
How we use it
- To register you for the event and send confirmations, reminders, and day-of logistics.
- To process donations and ticket payments via Stripe.
- To respond when you contact us.
- To improve the site.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Who we share with
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — auth and database hosting.
- Resend — transactional email.
- Twilio — SMS reminders (only if you opt in).
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
Your choices
You can update or delete your account from My Account, or email us at events@ryannreed.com to request deletion of all your data.
Cookies
We use cookies only for essential things — keeping you signed in and remembering your registration in progress. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We'll update the effective date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
